Shipping Policy
- Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are prepared within 24 hours. Delivery takes up to 24 hours within Cairo and Giza, and up to 48 hours for other governorates across Egypt.
- Domestic Delivery: We currently ship exclusively within Egypt, with all transactions and delivery fees processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- Our Courier Partners: Orders inside Cairo and Giza are handled by our dedicated private couriers for maximum speed, while deliveries outside Cairo are fulfilled by Aramex.
- Shipping Rates: Delivery fees are dynamically calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a return or exchange within 48 hours.
- Standard Return Conditions: Due to hygiene and health safety standards for beauty and cosmetics products, items that are free from manufacturing defects or damage cannot be exchanged or returned once delivered.
